DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING
We offer many services that range from training, testing, motivational speaking, and site specific videos. Alpha Safety USA is here to ensure your company stays compliant with MSHA, OSHA, and Work Zone Safety.
DRUG TESTING - URINE SPECIMEN
Alpha Safety USA will come onsite/or in our office to do all collections of urine for purposes of drug testing. Our employees are qualified to perform Urine Collection. We provide randomization of employees for testing and also perform pre-employment collection.
ALCOHOL TESTING - BREATH ANALYSIS
Alpha Safety USA will come onsite/or in our office to do all collections of breath analysis for Alcohol testing. If an employee would be positive for alcohol, Alpha Safety USA will then perform the additional testing required within 15 minutes of breath analysis.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING
Alpha Safety USA conducts an employee training focusing on the critical issue of drug and alcohol misuse. Employees also need to understand how your company policy will affect them. The instructor will discuss in detail your company's specific policy on drugs and alcohol and actual process they will encounter when testing. Programs are tailored for your company.
SUPERVISOR TRAINING
Alpha Safety USA conducts supervisor training seminar in recognizing "unfit behavior". This seminar is geared towards understanding the effects of controlled substance and alcohol and what to do when confronting an employee about an "unfit" condition or an issue regarding work performance.
ON-SITE COLLECTION
Alpha Safety USA offers on-site urine collection and Breath Alcohol testing which allows the employee to continue to productively work and only leave their job when we are onsite. The collection usually takes no more than 7-10 minutes.
WRITTEN POLICY DEVELOPMENT
Alpha Safety USA works in conjunction with your company management in writing a drug and alcohol policy. This policy shall address issues involving the use and misuse of drugs & alcohol and the consequence of violating policy.
